The New Brunswick Critical Worker Pilot Project (NBCWP) isa unique immigration project between the New Brunswick provincial government and the federal government. The pilot will work with six selected employers to help fill labor gaps in several industries, including manufacturing, fisheries, food production, forestry, farming and more.
The 6 chosen employers have been selected for participation in this program based on their outstanding performance within the New Brunswick Provincial Nominee Program (NBPNP), their reputation for effectively hiring immigrant workers, and their ability to provide necessary support services for recent economic immigrants.
